成分 Ingredient:

灵芝, 姬松茸, 玉竹, 龙眼干, 纹党参, 红枣, 枸杞, 北芪, 芡实, 炙甘草

Ganoderma, Agaricus Mushroom, Red Dates, Dried Longan,  Prickly Water Lily, Solomon's Seal, Astragalus Root Slices, Codonopsis pilosula, Licorice & Gojiberry

烹饪方式 How to cook:

  1. 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
  2. 加入清水,大火煮沸后转小火及加入喜欢的肉类煮1.5至2小时。
  3. 加入适量的调味后即可完成。


  1. Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
  2. Pour in water and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours with your preferred meat.
  4. Add some salt and ready to serve. 

注意事项 Precaution:  

经期、孕妇、身体不适、贫血、对药材过敏者不宜食用

Not suitable for pregnant women, menstrual, anemia, sick people and people allergic to any herbs.

保存方法 Storage Method:

建议冷藏以防虫及防潮。避免阳光照射、潮湿和异味

Keep refrigerated at all times to maintain freshness and avoid moulds and bugs. Avoid direct sunlight, humidity and odours.
