  • 遇到符合换货情况,请先电邮 imharmonyherbal@gmail.com与我们的客服联系,我们将审核和提供协助。未经联系就退回货物,我们一概不受理。
  • 我们仅接受收到商品后7日内的换货要求,逾期恕不受理。
  • 所有欲换货的物品必须是未使用的并且以原包装连同收据一并邮寄退回。
  • 一旦我们收到您的物品,我们将立即与您联系并跟进。

All products are freshly packed and strictly checked before shipping out. We do not accept return/refund for any kind of reasons due to hygiene issues. No cancellation allowed once the orders are paid. Change of mind does not apply to return or refund. 

However, return/refund of products only can be arranged under the following reasons 

  • If the product is different from the Order delivered;
  • If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition (ex: Bugs-eaten or mould)。

To exchange:

  • Kindly contact us at imharmonyherbal@gmail.com before returning any item, otherwise the request will not be processed.
  • Our Customer Service Team will review each application and do allow up to THREE (3) working days for your inquiry to be processed.
  • Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition and packaging together with proof of purchase within 7 days upon receiving the parcel. Request beyond 7 days will not be entertained.
  • Our customer service will contact you once receive your returning products.
