成分 Ingredient:


Coastal Glehnia Root, Black Dates, Poria Cocos, Gojiberry, Arrow Root, Solomon's Seal, Dried Lily, Fox Nut, Ophiopogon Japonicus, Chinese Yam &  Juncus Effusus 

烹饪方式 How to cook:

  1. 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
  2. 加入清水,大火煮沸后转小火及加入喜欢的肉类煮1.5至2小时。
  3. 加入适量的调味后即可完成。

  1. Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
  2. Pour in water and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours with your preferred meat.
  4. Add some salt and ready to serve.
