成分 Ingredient:


 Morchella Morel Mushroom, Chinese Yam, Prickly Water Lily , Red Dates, Golden Matsutake, Solomon's Seal, Astragalus Root Slices, Lotus Seed, Ficus Carica & Gojiberry

烹饪方式 How to cook:

  1. 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
  2. 加入清水,大火煮沸后转小火及加入喜欢的肉类煮1.5至2小时。
  3. 加入适量的调味后即可完成。

  1. Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
  2. Pour in water and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours with your preferred meat.
  4. Add some salt and ready to serve. 

注意事项 Precaution: 


Not suitable for menstrual, anemia, sick people and people allergic to any herbs.  

Pregnant women are only allowed to take after 4 months pregnancy.

Keep refrigerated at all times to maintain freshness and avoid moulds and bugs. Avoid direct sunlight, humidity and odours.
