成分 Ingredient:

牛膝、桂尖、胡椒粒、茴香、川芎、枸杞、当归、熟地、炙甘草、玉竹、秘制香料包

Achyranthes Bidentata, Bayleaf Root, Black Pepper, Fennel, Szechuan Lovage Rhizome. Gojiberry, Angelica Slice, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata, Solomon's Seal & Secret Recipe

烹饪方式 How to cook:

  1. 将药材略微清洗后放入锅中。
  2. 加入清水,大火煮沸后转小火及加入喜欢的肉类, 3-6粒蒜头,2汤匙黑酱油和2汤匙生抽煮1.5至2小时。
  3. 加入适量的调味后即可完成。


  1. Rinse the ingredients and put them into a pot.
  2. Pour in water, 3-6 pieces of garlic, 2 table spoons each of Light Soy Sauce & Soy Sauce and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours with your preferred meat.
  4. Add some salt and ready to serve. 

注意事项 Precaution: 

高血压和胆固醇、经期、孕妇、身体不适、对药材过敏者不宜食用

Not suitable for pregnant women, menstrual, high blood pressure & cholesterol, sick people and people allergic to any herbs.  

保存方法 Storage Method: 

建议冷藏以防虫及防潮。避免阳光照射、潮湿和异味
